Artificial Intelligence Solutions for Flip Kick's Productivity and Business
Flip Kick's project aims at the cross-cutting adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions to increase the company's productivity, efficiency and competitiveness. The operation includes the in-house development of 15 AI-based tools, geared towards the automation of technical and administrative processes, the optimization of cloud management and the improvement of communication and sales prospecting.
The investment covers the acquisition of specialized software, high-performance hardware, the hiring of two qualified staff members and AIOps consulting services to ensure a secure, scalable and sustainable implementation.
Objectives- Implement an ecosystem of AI tools that supports the work of the technical and administrative teams;
- Adopt AI platforms applied to the business;
- Consolidate an intelligent and scalable cloud infrastructure;
- Integrate AIOps consulting services;
- Foster an internal culture of AI-based innovation;
- Strengthen the internal team with specialized human resources.
The operation will reduce operating costs, accelerate development cycles and strengthen the company's technical autonomy, contributing to:
- an expected increase in GVA of more than 230% by 2028;
- the net creation of two jobs;
- the consolidation of Flipkick as a national reference in Portugal for cloud engineering, automation and applied AI.
